CAMPAIGN TERMS
Campaign reference: limitless-summer-privileges-2026 | Effective Date: July 11, 2026
These campaign terms apply specifically to the "Limitless Summer Privileges" promotion offered by LIMITLESS CONCIERGE SERVICES - FZCO ("Limitless," "we," "us," or "our"). They supplement, and should be read together with, our general Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Cookie Policy. Where these campaign terms conflict with the general Terms and Conditions in relation to the campaign, these campaign terms prevail for the campaign only.
The Limitless Summer Privileges campaign, including all summer enrolment pricing described below, is available until 31 August 2026 at 23:59:59 (Gulf Standard Time, Asia/Dubai, UTC+4). After this time, standard pricing and standard terms apply and campaign-only offers may be withdrawn without further notice.
All amounts are stated in US Dollars (USD). During the campaign period the following summer enrolment pricing applies:
Prices are indicative of the applicable fee for the relevant service or membership and are exclusive of any third-party costs described in section 4. Final pricing for a given engagement is confirmed in your individual proposal or agreement.
Membership and campaign fees cover coordination, access and the concierge relationship itself. They do not include purchases, tickets, travel, accommodation, supplier invoices, project fees, taxes, duties, delivery, or other third-party expenditure, which are charged separately and are the responsibility of the client.
Memberships provide priority access and dedicated coordination on a fair-use basis. The exact scope, service categories and availability applicable to each membership are defined in the individual proposal or agreement provided to the member, and may be subject to reasonable operational limits. References to broad or comprehensive support describe the intended nature of the service and are not an unlimited or unconditional commitment.
Enrolment in the campaign is by application and, for higher membership tiers, by private consultation. Submitting an enquiry or application does not by itself create a binding membership or engagement. A membership or engagement commences only when confirmed in writing by Limitless and any applicable fee arrangement has been agreed. Limitless may decline any application at its discretion.
Fee payment arrangements for campaign offers are confirmed directly with each client as part of the application or proposal process. The specific payment methods, timing, and any deposit or instalment terms for this campaign are subject to administrator review and confirmation and are not finalised within these published terms.
Our general Refund Policy applies to the campaign. Any campaign-specific cancellation windows, cooling-off provisions, pro-rata arrangements or refund conditions that differ from the general Refund Policy are subject to administrator review and confirmation and should be verified before being relied upon. Limitless may modify, suspend or withdraw the campaign, or correct pricing errors, at any time before an engagement is confirmed.
Information you provide through campaign enquiry and application forms is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No additional tracking or analytics has been introduced for this campaign.
The following items are not yet finalised in these published terms and require confirmation by the campaign administrator before they are relied upon: (a) campaign-specific payment terms; (b) campaign-specific cancellation and refund provisions; (c) any service-level commitments, including any urgent-request acknowledgement targets; and (d) the precise inclusions and limits of each membership tier. Until confirmed, our general Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy govern.
