These Membership Terms govern participation in the LIMITLESS CONCIERGE SERVICES - FZCO (“Limitless Concierge”, “Limitless”, “we”, “us” or “our”) Membership Programme.
These Terms explain how Memberships operate, the benefits available to Members, payment and renewal arrangements, and the circumstances in which Memberships may be suspended or terminated.
These Membership Terms should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Travel & Supplier Policy, Payment Disputes Policy and any Membership confirmation issued by Limitless Concierge.
Where there is any inconsistency between these Membership Terms and the Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.
Limitless Concierge offers Memberships designed to provide eligible Members with access to enhanced concierge services, exclusive experiences and other benefits that may not be available to non-members.
Membership provides access to benefits made available by Limitless Concierge from time to time and does not guarantee the availability of any particular Supplier, experience, reservation, product or event.
Membership is a continuing service and is not a guarantee of successful bookings or preferential treatment by independent third-party Suppliers.
Membership is available to individuals and organisations approved by Limitless Concierge.
By applying for Membership, you confirm that:
Limitless Concierge reserves the right to refuse any Membership application at its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
Limitless Concierge may offer one or more Membership tiers.
Each tier may provide different:
Details of each Membership tier, including applicable fees and benefits, will be published on our website or otherwise communicated to Members.
Limitless Concierge may introduce, modify or discontinue Membership tiers from time to time in accordance with these Membership Terms.
Membership benefits are intended to enhance the Concierge experience and may include, where applicable:
Benefits vary according to Membership tier and remain subject to availability.
Membership benefits have no cash value unless expressly stated otherwise.
Although Limitless Concierge will use reasonable efforts to secure requested services, Membership does not guarantee:
Independent Suppliers remain responsible for determining their own availability, pricing and acceptance of bookings.
Membership fees are payable in accordance with the pricing applicable to the selected Membership tier.
Unless otherwise stated:
Membership fees are separate from Service Fees and Supplier Charges relating to Concierge Services.
Membership fees may be paid using payment methods accepted by Limitless Concierge from time to time.
Where recurring payments are offered, the Member authorises Limitless Concierge or its payment provider to collect future Membership fees in accordance with the agreed billing schedule until the Membership is cancelled or otherwise terminated.
Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in suspension or termination of Membership.
Memberships may renew automatically or manually depending upon the Membership plan selected.
Where automatic renewal applies, Membership fees will be charged using the nominated payment method on or around the renewal date unless the Membership is cancelled beforehand.
Members remain responsible for ensuring that their payment information is current and valid.
Where automatic renewal is not available, Members must renew their Membership before its expiry date to continue receiving Membership benefits.
Where applicable consumer protection laws provide a statutory cooling-off period, eligible Members may cancel their Membership within the applicable period.
Where a Member requests Concierge Services or other Membership benefits to commence during the cooling-off period, any refund may be reduced to reflect services already provided, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Membership Terms limits any statutory cancellation rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Members may cancel their Membership at any time by notifying Limitless Concierge in accordance with the cancellation procedure published on our website or otherwise communicated to Members.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing:
Cancellation of a Membership does not affect any outstanding obligations relating to previously requested Concierge Services, confirmed Bookings or unpaid invoices.
Membership is intended to provide Members with enhanced access to Concierge Services and related benefits.
To ensure that our services remain available to all Members, Limitless Concierge operates a fair use policy.
Members must not:
Where Limitless Concierge reasonably believes that a Member has exceeded reasonable usage or abused Membership privileges, we may take appropriate action in accordance with these Membership Terms.
Limitless Concierge may suspend a Membership immediately where we reasonably believe that:
During any period of suspension, some or all Membership benefits may be unavailable.
Suspension does not relieve the Member of any outstanding contractual or payment obligations.
Limitless Concierge reserves the right to terminate a Membership where:
Where reasonably practicable, Limitless Concierge will notify the Member of the termination and the reasons for that decision.
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before the Membership ended.
Limitless Concierge continually reviews and develops its Membership Programme.
Accordingly, we may introduce, modify, replace or discontinue:
Where changes materially affect an existing Membership, Limitless Concierge will endeavour to provide reasonable notice where practicable.
Changes made to improve our services, respond to legal or regulatory requirements, or reflect changes in Supplier arrangements may take effect immediately where reasonably necessary.
Certain Membership benefits may be provided through independent third-party Suppliers or commercial partners.
Such benefits remain subject to:
Limitless Concierge cannot guarantee the continued availability of any third-party benefit and accepts no responsibility where a Supplier withdraws, modifies or discontinues a particular benefit.
Members are responsible for:
Members remain responsible for all activity carried out using their Membership account unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Unless expressly agreed by Limitless Concierge in writing, Memberships are personal to the approved Member and may not be:
Where Membership is held by a company or organisation, only the authorised individuals nominated by that organisation may access Membership benefits, subject to any applicable Membership plan.
Any unauthorised transfer or misuse of Membership may result in suspension or termination in accordance with these Membership Terms.

Membership enhances the services available to Members but does not alter the liability provisions contained in Limitless Concierge’s Terms & Conditions.
Except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, Limitless Concierge shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Membership Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
Limitless Concierge may amend these Membership Terms from time to time to reflect:
The latest version of these Membership Terms will be published on our website and will apply from its stated effective date unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Where changes materially affect Members’ rights or obligations, Limitless Concierge will endeavour to provide reasonable notice where practicable.
